You are eligible if you request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment and have not exceeded the fair-use quota of your plan.
Refunds cannot be issued if the request is made after 14 days, or if the account was used to intentionally spam or manipulate Shopify store data.
Send a request to contact@zilancer.com with your Shopify store URL and the email associated with your account.
Our team will review your account usage and subscription date to verify eligibility within 48 hours.
Once approved, we trigger the refund through the Shopify Billing API. You will receive a notification from Shopify.
The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank (usually 5-7 days).
