What Shopify plans does ZS ORDER VERIFY support?+
ZS ORDER VERIFY works on ALL Shopify plans — Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Plus. There are no plan restrictions for using our app.
How do I get bKash API credentials?+
Contact bKash at pgw@bkash.com or call 16247. They will guide you through the merchant onboarding process. For testing, use our sandbox credentials available in the Settings page.
Can I use sandbox credentials for testing?+
Yes! Go to Settings → bKash → Select Sandbox mode. Use App Key: 4f6o0cjiki2rfm34kfdadl1eqq, Username: sandboxTokenizedUser02, Password: sandboxTokenizedUser02@12345.
Why is my payment showing as pending?+
Pending means the customer started but did not complete the payment. Go to Reconciliation page and run a reconciliation to verify the actual status with bKash API.
How long does it take for money to reach my account?+
Payments are instant. Money goes directly to your bKash merchant account as soon as the customer completes payment.
Can I process refunds?+
Yes! Go to the Refunds page, find the completed payment, and click "↩ Refund". The refund is processed via bKash Refund API and money returns to the customer in 3-10 minutes.
Does ZS ORDER VERIFY store my bKash credentials?+
Your credentials are encrypted (AES-256) and stored securely. We never share them with third parties. They are only used to make API calls on your behalf.
Can I accept Nagad and Rocket payments too?+
Yes! Go to Settings → Nagad tab or Rocket tab to configure those gateways. You can enable any combination of payment methods.
