Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully. By installing ZS StoreSync, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

In short: By using the app, you agree to these rules. If you don't agree, please uninstall the app.

By accessing or using ZS StoreSync, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users, whether you are on a Free, Starter, or Pro plan.

2. Description of Service

In short: We provide a tool to move data between Shopify stores. We don't store your data on our servers.

ZS StoreSync is a Shopify application designed to facilitate the migration of products, collections, and other data between two Shopify stores. We operate as a pass-through service, meaning data is transferred directly via Shopify's API from the source store to the destination store.

3. Account & Authorization

In short: You must own both stores and give the app permission to access them.

To use our service, you must provide authorization for both the source and destination stores. You represent and warrant that:

You are the legal owner or authorized administrator of both stores.
You have the right to transfer the data contained within the source store.
You will not use the app to scrape data from stores you do not own.

4. Payments & Billing

In short: Payments are handled by Shopify. Your quota resets every 30 days.

Billing for ZS StoreSync is managed exclusively through the Shopify Billing API. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Shopify to charge your payment method on file. Any disputes regarding billing should be handled through your Shopify admin panel.

5. Data & Privacy

In short: We don't store your products or customers. We just "move" them.

We value your privacy. ZS StoreSync does not store your store's product, customer, or order data on our internal databases. We only store the minimal authorization tokens required to perform the migration. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Limitation of Liability

In short: Back up your data. We aren't responsible for accidental data loss during migration.

While we strive for 100% accuracy, ZS StoreSync is provided "as is". We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or store downtime that may occur during the migration process. We strongly recommend creating a full backup of your store before running any migration.

7. Termination

In short: You can cancel your subscription or uninstall the app at any time.

You may terminate your agreement with us at any time by uninstalling the ZS StoreSync app from your Shopify admin. Upon uninstallation, your access to paid features will be revoked at the end of the current billing cycle.
