1. Information We Collect

To operate the service, ZS StoreSync collects a minimal amount of information necessary for functionality:

Store Domain: The .myshopify.com URL of your stores.
Authorization Tokens: Temporary access keys provided by Shopify to read and write data.
Plan Details: Information regarding your current subscription level to manage item quotas.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information exclusively to provide the migration service. Specifically:

To authenticate your identity and ensure you own the stores being connected.
To communicate with Shopify's API to transfer your products, collections, and pages.
To track the number of items migrated to ensure fair usage of our monthly quotas.

3. Data Protection & Security

Security is our top priority. We implement industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access to your store authorization tokens. Since we do not store your actual store content (Products, Customers, etc.), the risk of a data breach involving your business content is virtually eliminated.

4. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location, you have certain rights regarding your data. Since we do not store personal customer data on our servers, we are primarily a Data Processor. You can:

Request to see what account information we have on file.
Request the immediate deletion of your app authorization.
Withdraw consent for the app to access your store at any time by uninstalling the app.
